After School Clubs - Now Booking with School Gateway!

White Cliffs Primary College are very proud to offer a wide range of extra curricular activities and after school clubs.  As a College, we are very keen that our children have access to activities, learning and sports that they may not have the opportunity to experience otherwise.

 

Funded by Pupil and Sports Premium Grants, our clubs are delivered by our very experienced and dedicated staff who give up their time on a voluntary basis.  We also employ external sports providers 'Premier Sport' who provide us with qualified instructors to deliver some exciting sporting activities to our Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.

Log in using the Schoolcomms page - https://login.schoolgateway.com.

 

After logging in, each of your children will be listed on the home page: choose a child and all available clubs will appear beneath. Click on a club for the booking page.

Once you’ve selected the club, follow the instructions below:

 

For After School Clubs, you must select all sessions individually as these are only available to book for a full term. If you know your child is unable to make a session due to an appointment booking, then you may leave that session unbooked.

 

There is currently no charge for clubs, so everything SHOULD read as £0.00. If there are any issues with your booking, please notify the College immediately by emailing admin@wcliffs.dfamat.com

 

General guidelines (very important):

  • For all clubs, there are attendance limits on each club, so successfully booking onto the course must be done first.
  • Once selected, your child has been allocated their place on the club. You are therefore agreeing that your child will attend all booked sessions with all necessary PE clothing supplied by you. 
  • For ALL clubs, by signing up and booking your child in, you are giving consent for the College to agree to the administration of emergency medical treatment and anaesthetic if the need arises and we are unable to contact you.
  • You must respond to the email request for information about who will collect your child and contact details, or whether they can walk home. Failure to do this may result in your child's place in the club being cancelled.
  • For those parents unable to book online, please be aware that you CAN complete a registration form at the main office, but this process can take up to 24 hours and will not secure a place immediately for your child.

 

We're sure that you appreciate the Schoolcomms system for club bookings is new to all of us, and we would like to thank you in advance for your co-operation and patience with this new process. Any hitches in the system will be ironed out as soon as possible and your constructive feedback will be greatly appreciated during this initial stage.
